|Rule Text||Any person who has had his license denied may petition the Board to reopen the case andreconsider its decision upon a sufficient showing that there is now available evidence whichcould not, with the exercise of reasonable diligence, be produced at the hearing. Any suchpetition must be filed with the Board no later than 30 days after the effective date of theBoard's decision in the matter. Any person who has been denied a license by the Board maynot file a similar application for license until one year from the effective date of the decision todeny the license.
